I began my career in mental health as a Crisis Counselor while pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology at the University of Florida. This experience put the current need for mental health care into perspective for me, and increased my love and passion for providing care to those in my community who need support. Since graduating from USF with my Master of Social Work degree, I have worked with children, teens, and parents in the foster care system, as well as adults healing from past traumatic experiences.

I take a Holistic approach to therapy using Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Brainspotting methods. I am here to be that non-judgmental presence that listens and witnesses your story, teaches you tools to succeed at each stage of your journey, and roots for you as you make positive life changes. I am here to empower you, encourage you, and most importantly, meet you where you're at in your healing journey.

If you are a young adult experiencing major life transitions (graduation, changing relationships, moving, etc.) I would love to work with you through that stress! Let me be your sounding board and support.

Further,  working with the Latinx and other BIPOC communities is extremely important to me. I have vivid memories of coming to the US and would love to assist others with the layered grief and excitement that goes along with that process. Dealing with bullying or self esteem challenges? Do you often feel misunderstood or that you don't fit in? I got you! Let me help you learn the tools needed to lean into your most authentic self.

Calling all fellow creatives! I enjoy art, music, and all things creativity and like to infuse that into my work.

I have been on the other side of therapy, and I understand how difficult it can be to get started and to find someone who is right for you. As a Trauma-Focused clinician, I am aware of the strength it takes to ask for help, and I am honored to be trusted with your care!

I am also bilingual, fluent in English & Spanish.
