Kieara Pittman, MSW, RCSWI

Supportive. Honest. Empowering

Professionally, I served eight years in the Navy. During that time, I  co-facilitated group therapy in a military substance abuse rehabilitation program. I went on to continue my education at the University of South Florida - GO BULLS! This cultivated new experiences with bereavement, hospice, family, and TBI therapies.

In addition to individual therapy, I thoroughly enjoy doing couples work! All relationships have challenges AND strengths. By providing a neutral space, I would love to help you and your partner build effective communication skills and work through any past hurts.

Creatively, I am the host of a podcast that highlights every aspect of ‘Sistahood’ from mental health to hairstyle fails. Through this platform, I have gained a community of women who are positively impacted by the stories shared. Of course, collectively these women inspire me as well!

I look forward to learning and growing more with you. Let’s do the work!
