My professional development started at THE FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY - Go NOLES! I went on to gain tremendous experience in the field of trauma, foster care licensing, adoptive family training and support, and eventually mental health therapy. I also worked with the adult/elderly population completing critical case management services. Further, as the daughter of an Air Force Veteran, I have experience with military support services working with the Department of Veterans Affairs. With over 10 years of experience working with at risk children, individuals, and families, I am truly committed to my clients.

I have advanced clinical training in somatic therapies such as Brainspotting & EMDR. My goal is to help the world heal from its trauma history.

After being in private practice for a few years I decided it was time to expand. I am thankful to have four lovely and talented clinicians of color as a part of my dream team! Please be sure to check out their bios for more information! If you are interested in working with any of the therapists in my practice, please send an inquiry below. I will reach out to you directly for a consultation!
