I’m Taina, a Florida based somatic therapist helping folks heal from trauma, reclaim their God given worth and identity, and step into meaningful lives with a sense of safety and security.

​

I specialize in complex trauma, addressing challenges with low self-esteem, recovery from narcissistic and toxic relationships of all types, and deeply supporting people of color reconnecting with themselves beneath the layers of survival. 

 

My work is rooted in truth, care, and real talk, because healing isn’t always gentle, but it is sacred. I believe God's grace meets us in our struggles, and the work we can do together can honor both your humanity and His design for your life.

Alongside therapy, I offer consultation in private practice setup, group practice expansion, and certification in Brainspotting, as well as qualified supervision for registered clinical social work interns in the state of Florida.
